Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping: Orders will be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Deliveries within South Africa are charged at a standard rate of R 120.
Should you wish to ship internationally, please email us at info@melo.africa and we will obtain quotes from DHL for Local door-to-door deliveries are a standard flat rate of R110.
Orders will be processed within 2-5 working days (unless otherwise indicated).
Once completed, they will be dispatched to our courier for delivery. Delivery should take between 2-4 working days although outlying areas may take 3-5 working days.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. Melo does not accept responsibility for delays or losses in the event that the incorrect address / contact details are given.
Our parcels are not insured so once it has left our establishment, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Should you wish to pay an additional fee for insurance of the item – please let us know.
Returns: Melo has a strict NO refund policy, unless there is a legitimate manufacturing or fabric fault.
**Please remember that due to the nature of the printing process of Indian cotton, print irregularities are not considered fabric flaws.
We will gladly exchange items purchased within 7 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us, unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Clients are responsible for return courier fees, unless there is a legitimate manufacturing or fabric fault.
Please ensure you check the sizing guidelines before you checkout your items as once orders have been placed and paid for, they may not be cancelled.
If you are unsure of anything, please contact us via email (info@melo.africa), before you finalise your purchase in order to avoid return costs.
Double exchanges are not possible. In the event that you return an item for exchange (within the 7 day time period), no exchanges on the new item, are possible.
SALE items may not be exchanged. Refunds on SALE items are only ever permitted on items where a legitimate manufacturing fault is present. In this event, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
